In town visiting my sister over the holidays and went with her to a Crossfit workout. They have a nice setup, friendly people, and a really knowledgeable coach. I really enjoyed the experience.

Best place to do something healthy and good for yourself. Nobody judges you. It’s not a competition. You do what you can do, and they help you do it right. Doing something is better than doing nothing. A great group of folks, all ages, all skill levels.

This gym has changed my life. I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been. The coaches are exceptional and are always motivating you to continue on a personal journey of fitness regardless where you are in that spectrum.
We dropped in over Thanksgiving weekend to move around a little. Coach Enrique and the owner, Harry, are pros. They welcomed us and introduced us to the locals. We went through a thorough warm-up which included some core wor. They explained proper technique as we moved through each exercise. The WOD was well planned and challenging. Great job, CFLW!

You are constantly being watch making sure you are properly doing the exercises correctly. Love that all the classes are for every level and a big plus for me is that they do their billing!
