We dropped in over Thanksgiving weekend to move around a little. Coach Enrique and the owner, Harry, are pros. They welcomed us and introduced us to the locals. We went through a thorough warm-up which included some core wor. They explained proper technique as we moved through each exercise. The WOD was well planned and challenging. Great job, CFLW!

Great CrossFit community! Harry and his staff are amazing and are truly passionate about getting people into shape!! You are constantly being watch making sure you are properly doing the exercises correctly. Love that all the classes are for every level and a big plus for me is that they do their billing! Didn’t have to deal with any 3rd party billing company!! Thank you, Harry for the amazing experience!! You and your team will be truly missed!!
